Treatments are offered in the comfort of your home. Please note that home treatments are offered to men either by referral or accompanied by their partner.

Cancellation Policy: Please allow 24 hours notice so I have the opportunity to offer your place to another client. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee.

Who are we? Chrysalis Wellbeing is currently a sole trader business, offering a range of complementary therapies, kids yoga and mindfulness programs, classes, workshops and practitioner training.

How do we collect information from you? We obtain information about you verbally when you come to visit us for a treatment, class or training or completing the contact form on this website.

What type of information is collected from you? The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, contact phone number and medical history.

How is your information used? We use your information to form the basis of an appropriate treatment or class of training. Personal information is not shared unless to support your care or treatment and then only with your consent. There is a statutory duty to report notifiable diseases under the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 and the Health Protection (Notification) Regulations 2010. You can opt in to receive email communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about upcoming events, special offers, general wellbeing information and you may opt out of these mailings at any time.

Who has access to your information? Only Christy Riordan of Chrysalis Wellbeing has access to your information. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices. You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us then you can opt out on the treatment consent form, or unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Chrysalis Wellbeing holds about you (we may charge an administration fee for information requests to cover our costs in providing you with details).

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Treatment records are locked away in a secure cabinet. Any personal information transmitted normally over the Internet, via email can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our system.

16 or Under. We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If clients are aged 16 or under‚ a parent/guardian’s permission is sought beforehand and they must remain present, during a treatment or class.
